Meet Dr. Graves
Meet New Lenox dentist, Dr Nicole Graves. Dr. Graves was born and raised in Joliet, IL. She has strong ties to the community and believes strongly in giving back to the community that has given so much to her. She is a graduate of The University of Illinois – Urbana – Champaign, with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology. Dr. Graves went on to attend The University of Illinois College of Dentistry where she was awarded her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree along with a Bachelors of Science in Dentistry degree.
During her final year of Dental School, Dr. Graves devoted much of her time to internships in underserved communities. She also volunteered on weekends at a free community clinic called Goldie’s Place. This clinic was operated by dental students with the intent to help adults who are homeless on the road to becoming financially independent by helping to improve their confidence with brand new smiles.
Our New Lenox dentist, Dr. Graves visits community schools teaching proper oral hygiene and brushing techniques. She has also traveled to many schools providing mobile dentistry services including exams, cleanings, fluoride and sealant placement.
Dr. Graves is very passionate about the field of Dentistry and about helping people. She is always looking for ways to improve her practice and to make patients feel comfortable. She continues to develop her professional abilities in order to provide quality health care for all. She strives to develop a mutual trust and communication with her patients. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society and Will County Dental Society.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, play sports and to sing. She looks forward to meeting you and developing a lasting relationship.
